The delivery time in the US and UK is usually 2-7 days depending on the shipping method chosen. International delivery takes 7-20 days depending on the location. We always ship with a tracking number which allows you to follow the status of your parcel. Exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, etc. can cause shipping delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email which you will receive once shipped or by going to the Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.
